Swordfish Balsamic Grill
Low carbohydrates, quick, easy, and delicious!

Ingredients:
4 - Swordfish Steaks
2 - Zucchini
16 - Asparagus
2 - Red Pepper
16 - Whole Mushrooms

Marinade:
2 cups of Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of Olive Oil
2 tsp. of Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 tsp. of Basil
Combine above ingredients to make Marinade, add Swordfish and Vegetables, Marinate for 15 minutes. Cook on HOT grill. Garnish with Fresh Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella and Serve!
